Orders are sent in plastic-free cardboard mailers with recycled void-fill and sealed with paper tape that does not have to be removed before the box can be recycled.

All labels used are bagasse (a sugarcane byproduct that composts) and also do not need to be removed from the boxes before recyling. 


To consolidate emission-emitting trips to the delivery office, I post orders 1-2 times a week, typically on Mondays and/or Thursdays. 

Ready to ship items are posted in 1-3 business days. 

Items that are made to order will typically be shipped in 7-10 business days. Items that may have a longer lead time will advise this in their respective listings.

Please note that for silver items where the customer has requested hallmarking, there will be an additional lead time of 4-8 weeks.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Quirky but Fierce is not responsible for any customs nor taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Where delays or damages in transit occur, please message me immediately by replying to your Shipping Confirmation email or IMMEDIATELY. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take photos from different angles.

The Royal Mail services I use all include insurance for any damages in transit and I will need to file a claim for the value of your order and work with you on a resolution regarding a replacement or refund.
