Returns & Refunds

I generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to "change in mind." As a small business selling handmade items, the time and cost associated with returns for this reason are too much to regularly incur.

However, should there be any issues with your order or piece, please do not hesitate to contact dee@quirkybutfierce.com. In the case of error on my part, there would of course be a refund or exchange or other appropriate solution.

If an item arrives damaged from transit, please keep all packaging and take photos from multiple angles, then contact me immediately by replying to your shipping confirmation email or at dee@quirkybutfierce.com
